On Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at approximately 3:30 P.M., City Police Officer Brent Dilge pulled a vehicle over in front of the pumps at the People’s Express South gas station blocking them so customers couldn’t get fuel. This is a common intimidation and business interference tactic used by local law enforcement against businesses owned by SIST.
